Explanation
This comic presents three panels showing a shirtless man in bed with a partner, each depicting a different exclamation during an intimate moment. In the first panel, he shouts "HIYOOOOOOOO SILVERRR!" (the Lone Ranger's famous catchphrase). In the second, he yells "WOOOHWOOO OOOHHH! ALL ABOARD!" (imitating a train conductor). In the third, he announces "3, 2, 1 BLASTOFF! FWOOOOSH! FWOOOOSH! FWOOOOOSH!" (a rocket launch countdown), looking considerably less enthusiastic as the absurdity catches up with him.
Below the panels is a stated "Rule of Thumb: If it was cool to do when you were five, it's not cool to do during orgasm." The humor comes from imagining someone regressing to childhood excitement during an intimate adult moment -- shouting things that would be perfectly normal enthusiastic play for a five-year-old but are deeply awkward and mood-killing in a sexual context.
The votey panel adds an alternative version of the rule: "Or, if it was uncool at 15" -- showing the man shouting "MAGIC MISSILE!" (a reference to Dungeons & Dragons). This extends the joke by noting that nerdy things that were socially embarrassing during adolescence are equally inappropriate in the bedroom, adding a layer of geek-culture self-deprecation.
