Explanation
In this comic, a young girl asks her father, "Daddy, what's a bagina?" (a child's mispronunciation of "vagina"). The father, caught off guard, claims he has never heard of it. The girl then relays what her mother told her: that it is something all girls have but only share with boys they love and have married. In the third panel, the father looks alarmed and mutters, "No one ever informed me."
The final panel reveals the punchline as the father confronts the mother, accusingly shouting, "You've been holding out!" He has taken the child's garbled explanation completely literally and now believes his wife has been hiding some mysterious thing called a "bagina" from him throughout their marriage. The humor lies in the father's apparent ignorance of basic anatomy combined with his leap to marital outrage.
The votey panel shows the mother scolding the daughter, saying "I told you to keep quiet!" This adds another layer, implying the mother deliberately told the daughter a misleading explanation and is now frustrated the child repeated it, suggesting perhaps the mother really was "holding out" in some sense.
