Explanation
The comic shows a mother sitting on her son's bed, having "the talk" with him. She says: "Son... I want you to know that sex should be a beautiful thing. Well, at least for the first three months. After that sex should be a desperate race against complacency." The caption below reads: "Mom then left the room, donning her nun's hat and aviator goggles."
The humor works on two levels. First, the mother subverts the typical birds-and-bees talk by being brutally honest about how sexual excitement in long-term relationships tends to fade into routine, turning what should be an inspiring parental speech into a cynical commentary on adult relationships. The son looks appropriately disturbed. Second, the caption adds an absurd twist: the mother is apparently a nun (or at least dresses as one) who also wears aviator goggles, suggesting she has an eccentric personal life that makes her advice both hypocritical and oddly credible.
The votey shows the mother in her nun's habit and goggles, saying "Let's get this over with!" -- reinforcing the comic's joke about sex becoming a perfunctory chore, while also adding the visual absurdity of a goggle-wearing nun charging into the act with grim determination rather than passion.
